SEISMIC AIR-GUN TESTING IN THE ATLANTIC OCEAN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Opposes seismic air-gun
testing and urges President Obama’s Administration to stop this process
and focus on ensuring the vitality of vulnerable local economies along the
Atlantic Coast. Ms. Erin Handy of Oceana will provide a brief presentation
regarding the effects of seismic air gun testing.
