DOLIN TO USE THE CITY SEAL IN A BOOK ABOUT AMERICA’S
LIGHTHOUSES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Synopsis: Approves the use of the City seal in black and white by author,
Eric Jay Dolin for a book about the history of America ’s lighthouses
published by Liveright sometime in 2016 but no later than July 1, 2017.
