Authorizes the City Manager to negotiate and execute a public ramp apron management agreement with Eight Flags Aviation, LLC and authorizes the City Manager to execute Change Order 1 with F&G Construction, not to exceed the original award amount, for the addition of a nose and tail section to the Airport Terminal.
