ACCEPTING THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION PETITION FOR ONE PARCEL CONTAINING
APPROXIMATELY 0.16 ACRES LOCATED AT 1992 OAK DRIVE; AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Authorizes the extension
of water services to the property owners identified, whose property is located at 1992 Oak Drive and
noted as parcel 000-00-30-042B-000A-0010. Also approves the Voluntary Annexation Petition.

Fernandina Beach, Case No.:17-CA-217 in the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Nassau
County, Florida.
