Synopsis: Approves a Facilities Use Agreement with Driving Dynamics, Inc. for defensive driver
training at the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport.

Synopsis: Authorizes the submittal of a BIGP
application to the FWC in the amount of $1,500,000
and agrees to provide a 51.4% match in the amount of $1,585,695 for expansion northward of the
Fernandina Harbor Marina.
