6.1. ** CITY MANAGER EXECUTIVE SEARCH AND BUDGET AMENDMENT
RESOLUTION 2015-99 APPROVING THE PROPOSAL WITH _______ FIRM FOR THE CITY MANAGER SEARCH; AUTHORIZING A BUDGET AMENDMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,000 FROM CONTINGENCY TO THE CITY COMMISSION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ACCOUNT TO COVER THE CONTRACT PRICE AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES FOR TRAVEL; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Approves proposal for services from _______ firm attached hereto as Exhibit “A” is hereby accepted under extenuating circumstances, and the City Manager and City Clerk are authorized to execute it after review and approval by the City Attorney; and approves a budget amendment transferring $24,000 from the General Fund Contingency account 001-8200-581.9900 to the City Commission Professional Services account 001-1100-511.3100.
